We are seeking highly motivated people to join our team .

As a Route Relief you will covers sales routes as needed. Route Relief will also stock and merchandise any large format account if they aren’t covering a sales route. be responsible for merchandising, stocking shelves, and building displays in the large format off premise channel. This role will demonstrate a high level of customer service while adhering to the high standards of High Country Beverage and our suppliers.

Responsibilities:

• Cover routes for Sales Reps on vacation/sick
• Stock and rotate our products at assigned retail accounts in their designated areas
• Execute any displays within assigned retail accounts as directed by Sales Coordinator
• Report any out of stock products to Sales Coordinator
• Ensure that all products are properly rotated for quality purposes
• Develop and maintain excellent customer rapport
