Crown Field Services LLC is a property management company looking to hire a NASCLA licensed contractor to help us get our GC license and manage the constriction projects.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and supervise all aspects of construction projects
- Coordinate and oversee subcontractors and vendors
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with regulations and building codes
- Communicate project status updates to stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Proven experience in construction management
- Proficiency in Primavera, Prolog, HeavyBid, and other construction management software
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications
- Knowledge of project coordination and contract management
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
