The Resident Relations/Maintenance Coordinator role is responsible for managing incoming maintenance requests from tenants and dispatching work orders to the maintenance technicians.

The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Resident relations (answer phone, email)
• Handle resident maintenance requests.
• Assign work tickets and track progress
• Escalate emergencies
• Enter/Close out work orders.
• Schedule maintenance appointments
• Schedule contractor appointments
• Maintain exterminator, contractor, and engineer lists
• Schedule and confirm completion of all required repairs to remediate abatements and failed inspection status
• Prepare and send correspondence to tenants regarding maintenance work
• Maintain a positive demeanor with all parties
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to use computer, office software, and communicate by email.

Job Info:

M-F 10 am - 6 pm.
