Crown Field Services is Hiring! The Renovation Coordinator will oversee and support the field crew's on their renovations on single-family homes across multiple states. Our ideal candidate has the ability to negotiate, build lasting working relationships, and troubleshoot issues. This position is available immediately for the right candidate. Responsibilities:

• Hire contractors with the correct trades needed to complete the projects.
• Negotiating prices with contractors for job completion.
• Providing the materials contractors need to complete the work.
• Ensure contractors are providing the necessary photos of the job sites
• Completing write-ups of job site work being completed.
• Ensure the completion of projects is within budget, timeline, and quality standards of the clients.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation skills
• Knowledge in construction/renovations is a huge plus.

• Located in Brooklyn, NY
• 40-hour working schedule. M-F
