Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations.

Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with
hands and arms, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk or hear.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 75 lbs. Specific vision abilities
required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and
ability to adjust focus.

functions of this job:
Employee is occasionally exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, work in high,
precarious places, fumes or airborne particles; and occasionally exposed to toxic or
caustic chemicals, outdoor weather conditions, wet or humid conditions, risk of electrical
shock, vibration.
The noise level in the work environment may be loud in depending on facility and
location, and you may be required to wear hearing protection (if applicable).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage the preventive maintenance program on all assigned equipment.
Order machine parts and/or building supplies.
Handle any facility or property maintenance as needed.
Troubleshoot a variety of machines and contact outside technicians when needed.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION AND QUALIFACATIONS
Equivalent to four years high school, with emphasis in office or shop skills, plus up to six
months related experience and/or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience
are also acceptable.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers,
common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and prepare and
interpret bar graphs.
SOFTWARE SKILLS REQUIRED
Basic Knowledge: Alphanumeric Data Entry, Word Processing/Typing
