Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining equipment and facilities to ensure smooth operations.

 Frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with

 Employee is occasionally exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, work in high,

shock, vibration.

 The noise level in the work environment may be loud in depending on facility and

location, and you may be required to wear hearing protection (if applicable).

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 Manage the preventive maintenance program on all assigned equipment.

 Order machine parts and/or building supplies.

 Handle any facility or property maintenance as needed.

 Troubleshoot a variety of machines and contact outside technicians when needed.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION AND QUALIFACATIONS

Equivalent to four years high school, with emphasis in office or shop skills, plus up to six

months related experience and/or training. Equivalent combination of education and experience

are also acceptable.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers,

common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and prepare and

interpret bar graphs.

SOFTWARE SKILLS REQUIRED

Basic Knowledge: Alphanumeric Data Entry, Word Processing/Typing
