Responsibilities

Review and adjust program agendas as required

Ensure participant invites are sent

Ensure Guest Speakers are selected and invited to program sessions

Assist with tour locations being determined and scheduled for the program

Assist with researching, locating and scheduling program session locations

Ensure materials needed are printed, and ordered as required

Assist as point of contact for program participants requiring information

Schedule and assist with facilitating Team building activities throughout leadership programs

Record meeting notes to ensure program alignment and success

To edit audio-video projects across the leadership program

To assist in video production and still camera production of leadership program sessions

Job Qualifications :

Candidate must be enrolled in a college or university studying Business, Hospitality, or related field.

Experience with one or more of the following applications.. Adobe after Effects, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Animate

Experience working within Microsoft Office especially Word, Excel, and Power Point

Comfortable working with all different levels of leadership

Enjoys working within groups
