Overview:

We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring guest satisfaction in our dining establishment.

Duties:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- Present menus, make recommendations, and take food and beverage orders
- Deliver food and beverages to guests promptly
- Ensure accuracy in order delivery and attend to any guest requests or modifications
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Handle guest payments and operate the POS system efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery

Position Summary:

Crowne Plaza Cleveland Airport is looking for a reliable Breakfast Server to join our team. We are a family-oriented company and are currently seeking a full-time candidate for our Breakfast shift at our location in Cleveland, OH. This person will be responsible for providing an exceptional dining experience to our guests and ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly. We are looking for someone who has an interest in serving food and who will be responsible for any side work that needs to be done. This person should be friendly and helpful with the public and possible other instances. This person will be expected to keep the dining room neat, clean, and serviceable at all times.

Essential Duties:

• Greeting guests upon arrival
• Set up dining room with all necessary materials
• Prepare food and beverages according to recipes
