Conditions of Employment

* Must have 3 years of commercial roofing experience

* Must be able to pass a drug test

* Excellent communication and organizational skills required

* Must be reliable and willing to learn

* Must have a current Florida "E" driver's license with no DUIs or significant history of violations

* Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including OSHA, State, and Federal regulations.

* Able to lift 60 lbs. and can work in direct sun

* Able to access roofs and handle ladders

* Must excel at customer service
