The role

As a ServiceNow SME / Architect, you will lead the implementation and optimization of ServiceNow across all modules, ensuring seamless integration with other tools and systems. Your hands-on experience in scripting, orchestration, and automation will be crucial in driving our ServiceNow initiatives forward. You will also play a key role in designing and architecting solutions that meet our clients' unique needs and contribute to their digital transformation journey.

What you'll bring

Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT

At least 8 years of experience in architecting ServiceNow across all modules

Proficiency in scripting, orchestration, and integration with other tools

Hands-on experience in implementing ServiceNow automation

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to design innovative solutions

Excellent communication and teamwork skills
