CRS Temporary Housing is a leader in our industry providing temporary housing solutions to individuals who are displaced from their home due to loss. Working with insurance companies and the policyholders, we provide a variety of solutions to make this difficult time easier.
Our office is located near North Phoenix, AZ. New Hire Training will be onsite for approximately 4 weeks. This position will primarily work from home but will come to the office periodically for training and/or meetings (estimated twice a month.) Computer and phone equipment will be provided. You must have reliable high-speed internet service and a suitable workspace at your residence.
The Sales Representative supports CRS in building a book of business for hotel accommodations. As a Sales representative, you will be responsible for generating revenue by selling services over the phone or occasional in person meetings. You must be skilled in building relationships, identifying customer needs, and closing deals.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Make sales calls to potential customers via phone or through online channels. Document progress of activities in Salesforce application.
Educate potential customers on CRS hotel services and programs.
Identify new markets and new customer opportunities.
Work directly with customers to recommend products and services to fit their business needs.
Anticipate customer concerns and offer practical solutions to resolve them.
Create and deliver presentations.
Build and maintain relationships with potential clients nationwide.
Travel to various locations (Up to 10% travel may be required). Call on customers for sales efforts, entertain customers (dinners, lunches, happy hours, etc.)
Follow up on marketing campaigns, returned mail, mass emails, etc.
Provide performance reports as requested.
Performs other duties as necessary or assigned.
Must be able to travel overnight to assigned clients.
Ability to maintain relationships and accounts, with emphasis on Nationwide growth.
If/when required, must be able to participate in overnight travel to visit customer sites.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software with a preferred typing speed of 40 wpm or higher.
Education and/or Experience:
Sales and Negotiation experience required.
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline preferred.
Experience with Salesforce preferred.
