The annualized base pay for the advertised position, located in the specified area, ranges from a minimum of $53,500.00 to a maximum of $89,100.00. The actual compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the market pay for the jobs at each level, the responsibilities and skills required for each job, and the employee’s contribution (performance) in that role. To be considered within market range, a salary is at or above the minimum of the range. You may also have the opportunity to participate in discretionary equity (stock) based compensation and/or performance-based variable pay programs.

Job DescriptionWhat you will do:
- Record monthly/quarterly journal entries
- Perform various general ledger account reconciliations
- Keep track of program TPA accounts activity
- Calculate and record contingent profit commissions
- Assist with preparation of internal and external audit deliverables
- Prepare monthly/quarterly Agency results upload to EAS, tie-outs and analysis of the results on the ad-hoc basis
- Complete OneStream upload templates
- Possess a good understanding of accounting principles
- Strong analytical, problem solving and insurance accounting skills
- Ability to work and communicate well with other staff and other functional departments within the organization
- Regularly communicate with supervisor and makes him/her aware of current work load
- Ability to organize and prioritize work and follow up on issues
- Ability to take ownership of work product
- Ability to meet deadlines while producing quality results
- Bachelors of Science in Accounting or Finance
- 1-2 years of relevant experience (exposure and general knowledge of the general ledger, debits/credits, journal entries, financial statements)
- Intermediate/strong excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Power BI, SUMIF)
- Property and Casualty Insurance knowledge is a plus
