Job Description

What you will do for C&F:

As part of the 90 day trial experience, the Financial Operations Trainee will follow the direction of assigned training leaders to complete assignments that support the billing and collections functions to provide an understanding of the billing and collections roles at C&F -Surplus and Specialty Lines

• Focus on learning activities
• Maintains proper file documentation.
• May participate in projects.
• Travel required. Expected to be less than 20%

What you will bring to C&F:

• Ability to learn through self-study.
• Strong work ethic, verbal & written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization skills.
• Excellent computer skills, including MS Office.
• College degree in many majors will be considered.
• Risk Management major a plus but not required.
