Job Summary:

As a Crew Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Prepare and serve cookies according to established standards
- Upsell menu items and promote special offers to enhance the guest experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all areas of the store and restrooms
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure food safety
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours

Skills:
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using the POS system or similar point-of-sale software is preferred
- Knowledge of basic math for accurate cash handling and order calculations
- Previous experience in the customer service or food industry is a plus
- Strong attention to detail to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Basic culinary skills are desirable but not mandatory
