The Early Morning Prep position offers a set base wage plus hourly tips. The ideal candidate would have Early Morning and some Saturday availability. This position requires you to prep the store for Opening. All Crumbl locations are closed on Sundays.

Responsibilities:

• Have a positive, upbeat attitude, and be willing to learn
• Be able to read through and follow recipes
• Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, and other equipment (18 ) to make cookies
• Decorating and displaying finished product
• Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls
• Cleaning and restocking workstation and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift
• Constant communication with Assistant Managers and General Manager to ensure daily goals are met

Requirements:

• Must be 18 years or older to qualify
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be able to work open the Bakery, and start prep, start time is 2AM/3AM-8AM/9AM
• Must be able to start at scheduled times
• Must be able to complete full scheduled shifts
• Excellent communication skills
• Time management skills
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Must have or be willing to obtain a Food Safety Handlers Certificate (**Not Funded by Crumble-$9.99 Cost**)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
