Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Take orders and process payments using the cash register and POS system
- Prepare cookies according to company standards and recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining area
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures
- Upsell menu items to increase sales
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary skills is a plus
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with retail math for cash handling and transactions
