Crumbl is Hiring a Human Resource Generalist Near Lindon, UT

The HR Generalist will be a qualified and resourceful professional who is looking to build a career in the field of Human Resources. They will support the HR team in ensuring the smooth and efficient administration of a wide variety of day-to-day HR operations, and executing policies and procedures, including employee relations, compliance with labor laws, staffing and interviews, leaves of absence, terminations, etc. This role will have both administrative and strategic responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to work collaboratively with employees at all levels.
This is an in-office position and based in our HQ in Lindon, UT.
Duties and Responsibilities
    • Handle administrative duties for HR tasks such as employee relations meetings and documentation, termination processing and compliance, maintaining HR Ticketing system and assisting with audits and reports.
    • Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers requesting HR assistance, assessing needs, determining the severity of issues, and resolving or escalating as appropriate.
    • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive employee/company information.
    • Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, and organizational chart, and contribute to policy development.
    • Support and participate in the initial and ongoing compliance training of Crumbl employees.
    • Participate in executing personnel procedures and policies, and provide guidance and interpretation for smooth business operations.
    • Participate in the development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, and ongoing reports for company requirements.
    • Suggest new procedures and policies for improving employee experience as well as the efficiency of the People Ops department.
    • Ensure compliance with local and national regulations and applicable employment laws.
    • Assist in employee terminations and exit interviews at the direction of the HR Operations Manager.
    • Participate in team, department, and company-wide meetings.
    • Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or 2-3 years of experience in Human Resources or related fields, preferred.
    • Aptitude for problem-solving and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
    • Experience handling sensitive employee relations issues
    • Current SHRM-CP, or willingness/ability to acquire certification preferred.
    • Advanced computer skills, and spreadsheet proficiency required.
    • Must be personable, and able to work well in a team environment.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Advanced interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
    • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
    • Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations.
    • Proficiency with/ or ability to quickly learn the HRIS system, Workday.
