We are looking for a skilled and motivated SHIFT LEADER to fill an opening at our Salem location. Friday and Saturday availability required. As a Shift Leader, you will play an integral part in creating memorable experiences for our customers and a safe, fun working environment for our employees!
Duties
Duties
- Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the shift
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or complaints
- Train and mentor team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Handle cash transactions and perform cash register reconciliation
- Assist with food preparation and ensure food quality and presentation standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Previous experience in a leadership role preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations with composure
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, and lift up to 25 lbs
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Tips ($4-$7 an hour extra)
