We are looking for a Account Executives to join our team and provide excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for making contact with prospective establishments who cater to all sporting events/venues, providing product information, and processing contract sales transactions. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently or with minimal supervision. Previous sales experience is highly preferred but will accept candidates with education/studies or internships in sales.
Responsibilities:
- Greet prospective customers/clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers/clients in customizing our product that meets their needs.
- Answer customer/clients questions and provide information on products and services.
- Maintain product samples to ensure pristine presentation/representation.
- Complete Purchase order to ensure exact production is fulfilled per clients specifications.
Qualifications
- Strong account management skills
- Proven track record in sales, demonstrating leadership abilities
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients
- Proficiency in negotiation and business development
- Experience in B2B sales and marketing is a plus
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM systems
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
- Comfortable with warm calling and building relationships
Job Type: Contract
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
