- The right education - at least some college experience or degree required.
- Business Acumen - you are aware of the key metrics and drivers that help move a business forward. Bonus if you are privy to profit and loss statements and understand financials. Probably not an excel wizard, but know enough to be dangerous.
Heart -
- You have a passion for developing people. You have led teams and know the difference between a manager and leader, and when to use both styles. You know that helping others up the ladder is key to your own success.
