Are you looking to combine work, fitness and fun?
- Fluent in English
- Proficient reading and writing skills
- Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems
- Demonstrated experience as a maintenance technician
- Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds
- Strong understanding of general maintenance processes and methods
- Experienced in operating a variety of equipment, including snow blowers, lawn mowers, and small hand tools
- Working knowledge of tools, common appliances, and devices
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- EPA technician certification required
- Excellent manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- Perform basic repairs and preventative maintenance on fitness equipment
- Perform basic building maintenance and repairs
- Must have reliable transportation to oversee multiple locations
- Have own tools is a plus but can possibly provide for the right candidate.
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be able to read and write in English
- Primarily sitting at a computer workstation with occasional bending, twisting, reaching, pulling, walking and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Typical Working Conditions will include inside work at the corporate office or onsite at a club facility
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Certificate in HVAC, building maintenance technology or relevant field is preferred.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Advanced understanding of general maintenance procedures and techniques.
- Physically capable and available to work overtime including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be well- organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
