About the role
We are seeking a talented and experienced Demand Generation Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in account-based marketing strategies and tactics, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through targeted campaigns and personalized outreach. This role will be instrumental in developing and executing a range of programs including account-based marketing initiatives to engage key accounts, nurture relationships, and drive business outcomes.
What you'll do as a Demand Generation Marketing Manager
  • Strategic Account Planning: Collaborate with sales leadership and account execs to develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the goals and objectives of key strategic accounts. Utilize market research, customer insights, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM): Design and implement account-based marketing campaigns to nurture relationships with strategic accounts. Partner closely with content marketing and product marketing to develop personalized marketing materials, messaging, and tactics to resonate with key stakeholders and drive engagement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product marketing, and corporate marketing, to align messaging, content, and initiatives with overall business objectives. Serve as the liaison between marketing and sales teams, fostering strong collaboration and communication.
  • Campaign Execution: Lead the execution of marketing campaigns, including events, webinars, direct mail, email campaigns, and targeted advertising, tailored to strategic accounts. Coordinate logistics, manage timelines, and ensure seamless execution to drive measurable results.
  • Metrics and Analysis: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives within strategic accounts. Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reporting and insights to internal stakeholders. Use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns and drive continuous improvement.
  • Events: Partner with the events marketing team to drive strategic engagement with executives at key accounts at our tradeshows and events.
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing and working closely with sales organizations, with a focus on account-based marketing and/or campaign management.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics, with the ability to develop and execute integrated marketing plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Results-oriented with a track record of driving measurable outcomes and achieving business objectives.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot).
