Crust Restaurant Group is currently seeking a talented and experienced Beverage Director to join our team. As the Beverage Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all bar operations at our multiple locations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement beverage programs that align with the company's overall concept and brand

• Create and update cocktail menus, wine lists, and beer selections

• Train and mentor bar staff on proper techniques, recipes, and customer service

• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

• Collaborate with management to set and achieve sales goals

• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry

• Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, and craft cocktails

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

• Proficiency in managing budgets and analyzing financial reports

• TIPS or similar certification is preferred
