Cruz & Associates is a small personal injury firm looking to add a full-time, bilingual personal injury paralegal to our growing team! We are seeking a full-time personal injury paralegal with a bubbly, positive attitude to become part of our team!

Responsibilities:

• Request, gather, organize, review and summarize medical records, accident reports and other pertinent case documents and information
• Day-to-day communications with clients, insurance carriers, medical providers, lien holders, and other case-related contacts
• Assist attorneys with lien resolutions and settlement disbursements
• Maintain accurate case files
• Draft demand letters, disclosure statements, etc.

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish
• Must be able to read, write and speak both English and Spanish fluently
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat
• Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy
• Highly organized and detail oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must be punctual and professional

While prior experience is preferred, it is not a requirement, and we are willing to train the right individual who wants a career !!
