- Monitor quality procedures, perform in-process and final inspections.
- Develop and maintain company inspection reports through the manufacturing process.
- Inspecting equipment in accordance with quality and ASME Code standards.
- Ensuring finished goods and products meet and or exceed company standards as well as customer specifications.
- Ensuring test equipment is calibrated and working correctly.
- Reporting quality anomalies to the supervisor.
- Collating test data and drafting quality reports.
- Identifying possible areas for improvement in quality control processes.
- Ensuring production is not hindered by quality testing procedures.

- High school diploma or GED.
- Experience as an Inspection or quality technician/specialist in pressure vessel and process piping.
- Working knowledge of welding procedures and welder performance qualifications
- Understanding of advanced mathematical concepts.
- High-level of visual awareness and attention to detail.
- Advanced organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience drafting reports and collating data.
- Ability to work alone with minimal supervision.
- Ability to analyze and interpret technical drawings and weld symbols.
- Ability to stand for long periods.
