We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating and managing marketing campaigns, using tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Chili Piper, Intercom, and Canvas. The role requires expertise in pre-marketing sales, B2B, and B2C marketing strategies, and the willingness to travel to sales conferences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute 2 marketing campaigns per week, utilizing Canvas for design and creation.
• Track and analyze campaign metrics using ZoomInfo, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
• Follow up with leads and manage customer interactions in Salesforce.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up using Chili Piper.
• Utilize Intercom for customer engagement and support.
• Post social media updates using an automation tool.
• Attend and represent the company at sales conferences, with the willingness to travel as needed.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and objectives.
• Develop and implement pre-marketing sales strategies to generate interest and leads.
• Engage in both B2B and B2C marketing activities to drive growth and achieve targets.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role, with specific experience in Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Chili Piper, Intercom, and Canvas.
• Proven experience in creating and managing effective marketing campaigns.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in pre-marketing sales, and familiarity with both B2B and B2C marketing.
• Ability to travel to attend sales conferences as required.
• Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Require a minimum of 3 days/week in the office.

Compensation:

• $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience, 32-40 hours per week.
• This is an hourly position requiring a minimum of 32 hours per week.
• 401(k) eligibility after 1 year of service and 1,000 recorded hours of employment.
