We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing general information about products and services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an ability to remain calm under pressure, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and customers.
• Answer customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Maintain customer records and update account information as needed.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
