Job DescriptionPay Range: $68-73/hr
MUST WORK ONSITE
We are seeking an experienced Gen AI Business Analyst of Use Case to join our team, who can bridge the gap between business needs and AI capabilities. As a BA, you will work closely with clients to identify and prioritize high-value use cases for Gen AI adoption, and develop tailored solutions to drive business outcomes. Additionally, as a QA, you will also oversee the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery.

We are seeking an experienced Gen AI Business Analyst of Use Case to join our team, who can bridge the gap between business needs and AI capabilities. As a BA, you will work closely with clients to identify and prioritize high-value use cases for Gen AI adoption, and develop tailored solutions to drive business outcomes. Additionally, as a QA, you will also oversee the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in consulting, project management, or a related field
- Proven track record of delivering successful projects and driving business outcomes through AI adoption
- Preferred the experience of Gen AI technologies, including their applications and limitations
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, prioritizing multiple projects and tasks
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex business and technical requirements
- QA experience is a plus
- Collaborate with clients to identify and prioritize high-value use cases for Gen AI adoption
- Define use case and develop workflow (Use case scenario)
- Analyze the source/output data to adopt Gen AI platform.
- Define key tasks to develop use case of Gen AI and coordinate with RAG tuning specialist and Labeler
- Develop business cases to drive business outcomes from Gen AI adoption
- Conduct workshops and assessments to evaluate client readiness for Gen AI adoption
- Design and develop proof-of-concepts (POCs) to demonstrate Gen AI capabilities
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and refine Gen AI product offerings
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings among stakeholders (User, RAG developer, Labeler etc.), ensuring effective communication among stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks, developing contingency plans as needed
- Track and report project progress, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and procedures
- Oversee Gen AI lifecycle and ensure successful delivery
- Contribute to the Quality Assurance of Gen AI Project
- Contribute the role of BA (85%) and QA (15%)
- 12 years Analyzing SEA CS requirements and QA for GenAI implementation .
- Bilingual(Korean) Prefer
