Supply Chain Manager - Video Logistics

About the Role:

You will work with internal stakeholders to define service and support levels, measure and manage the delivery and performance of vendors.

• You Will: Manage all infrastructure hardware logistics
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to improve logistics efficiency and overall cost structure
• Maintain relationships and measure cost and reliability performance of key 3PL vendors
• Act as point of escalation for vendor related issues and manage vendor operational excellence through data driven metrics
• Develop and implement transportation strategies that support short and long term goals
• Drive cross-functional strategic initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and overall cost structure
• Perform complex business analysis to identify business opportunities to improve internal and external processes
• Work cross functionally to identify and apply best practices and continuous process improvements
• Be part of defining, executing and managing a lightweight, efficient and reliable procurement process
• Maximize efficiency by identifying key levers that have the greatest impact on operational efficiencies
• Identify, report, and manage key metrics to track performance and support continuous improvement
• IInfluence internal technical teams to drive multi-system process changes
• You Have: Bachelor's degree or related work experience; Master's degree preferred
• 5 years of supply chain, logistics, inventory management, finance, vendor management experience ideally within technology hardware.
• Advanced Excel (can perform complex functions) and manipulate large data sets
• Proficiency in analysis tools including Microsoft Excel, SQL, and statistics software
• Experience with international shipping and customs clearance processes
• Experience with and understanding of financial management and budgeting
• Strong data analytics

Pay range is $70 - $75 per hour with full benefits available, including paid time off, medical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401K, parental leave, and more. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
