We are seeking a Leasing agent to become a part of our team!

Responsible for effectively leading leasing team and accomplishing effective leasing, marketing, and positive resident relations.

• Respond to resident requests and problems with a high level of customer service
• Respond to site visit or telephone inquires, and conduct site tours
• Optimize occupancy while maximizing effective leased rent
• Use sales and marketing strategies to increase traffic levels and meet budgeted occupancy percentages
• Maintain thorough product knowledge of the property and that of the competition
• Prepare all lease related paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
• Follow policies and procedures in the qualification, screening, and acceptance of applicants
• Walk move-ins to ensure readiness

Qualifications:

• At least 6 months of leasing experience
• Strong sales skills
• A professional image
• Great customer service skill
• Ability to deal well with people
• Good organizational skills
• Have a positive attitude
• Have attention to detail in their work
• Familiarity with contracts and leases
• Ability to build rapport with tenants
