The Group Golf Sales Manager is responsible selling & booking group golf outings in their designated territory. This role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, prospecting for new opportunities and developing strategic sales plans. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales insight, excellent communication skills and a passion for golf.

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to the following:

Sales Strategy:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to bring in new business opportunities and retain current customer base.
• Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking and outbound efforts.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
• Detailed knowledge of the entire resort, parameters and pricing for all Golf Sales products – including but not limited to golf outings, banquets and accommodations.
• Generation of Proposals and Contracts

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences
• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business
• Conduct site visits and visit on-site outings

Reporting and Analysis:

• Weekly / Monthly activity reports and phone longs, in addition to any miscellaneous reports by management request.
• Use of sales systems and Sales Force CRM Tool to book and manage client information and sales activities.

Requirements:

• Must be available to work in office Monday-Friday.
• Golf knowledge preferred, but not mandatory.
• Must understand basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite
• Experience in Salesforce and Maestro preferred

Compensation: Salary plus commission on revenue. 2% renew, 3% new with possible year-end bonus.
