Job SummaryPrepare and cook food in a quick serve restaurant outlet with a varied menu. Duties are limited to preparation of a few basic items and normally involve operating large-volume single-purpose cooking equipment. Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesTake and prepare food orders from guests and maintain par levels. Serve orders to customers at windows, counters, or tables.Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in work areas.Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity, time and temperature.Follow menu specifications to ensure quality and consistency when preparing each product.Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils.Operate, clean and maintain large-volume cooking equipment such as grills or griddles.Clean, stock, and restock workstations and display cases.Wash, cut, and prepare foods designated for menu. Maintain high standard of quality and appearance for all food prepared and served.Performs routine daily cleaning, maintaining a clean work area throughout shift.Perform table bussing and dishwashing functions as required. Prioritizes and organized tasks for speed and quality assurance.Other duties as assigned. Job SpecificationsCompetencies:Ability to work all stations to include cash register, grill, etc. TIPS/TAM Trained required.
