TBEI is currently seeking a motivated and experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing our marketing initiatives, including digital marketing, media communications, event management, and customer care.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with brainstorming and content development ideas of the team for the development of creative marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with external and company resources and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts.
• Coordinate events as needed including company meetings, trade shows, and open houses.
• Fulfill Co-op requests and other support requests for distributors.
• Generate and submit quarterly reports on Marketing KPIs and SEO.
• Support Digital Marketing Efforts as needed in videos, photos, web content ideas.
• Write content/copy for print, digital and social mediums.
• Assist with development and purchase of business cards.
• Create and develop presentations for marketing and sales purposes.
• Purchase and manage print materials, promotional items, etc.
• Support new product launches in collaboration with the marketing team including launch planning, content development, literature development, launch events and launch activations.
• Coordinate and plan trade shows in collaboration with the marketing team including event planning, content development, exhibit development, set up/tear down, lead management, and booth staffing.
• Source promotional and giveaway items.
• Attend trade shows and events as needed.
• Create social media, print and web graphics utilizing Canva.
• Assist team with planning, capturing, editing and producing videos.
• Assist team with maintaining websites and content.
• Update website design/content as needed/requested.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, Associates degree, or equivalent from an accredited two-year college or technical school; or a minimum of 2 years or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have sound understanding of marketing principles.
• Possess Exceptional writing skills and knowledge of proper spelling /grammar.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• To perform this job successfully, an individual should have demonstrated proficiency in the use of a personal computer utilizing a Windows based environment with Microsoft Office applications Access, Excel, Word, and Outlook as well as other applicable software.
• Logical thinking; ability to remain cool under pressure; problem solving. Creative, innovative, and attentive to detail.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, lean, high-achievement, cross-functional, information challenged, and multi-division environment.
• Effectively and efficiently manage several projects at the same time, meeting required deadlines.
• Understand product offerings so that material can be written with minimal guidance.
• Attention to detail; drafts sent for review should have few to no spelling and grammar errors.
• Be self-motivated and a quick learner.
• Organized and proficient in project management and event planning.

• Ability to attend required functions, 10% travel required

Education

• Bachelor of Arts or better in Marketing
• Associate Degree or better in Marketing
