In this role, you'll demonstrate excellent communication skills through phone, social media, and email to assist clients in planning their dream vacations. You'll work closely with top industry suppliers for cruises, resort stays, and events.
Responsibilities:

• Obtain supplier certifications to stay abreast of the latest industry changes
• Exhibit expertise and offer recommendations for popular vacation destinations worldwide
• Provide exceptional remote customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and supporting clients throughout the vacation booking process
• Receive mentorship and guidance to excel in your role and deliver outstanding experiences for clients
• Enjoy the flexibility of remote work, delivering exceptional travel experiences while maintaining a healthy work-life balance
• Earn the highest commissions in the travel industry based on your performance and successful bookings
• Build your own travel planning business within our organization, shaping your financial future through dedication and hard work
• Collaborate with villa owners, property managers, and local partners to arrange services, accommodations, and special arrangements for clients
• Stay updated on luxury travel trends, emerging villa destinations, and unique villa experiences to provide clients with captivating recommendations
