Customer Operations SpecialistOur client is looking to add a Customer Operations Specialist to their expanding company. This position will be responsible for managing accounts as well as other duties that are outlined below.

Responsibilities
- This position will play a pivotal role in, fostering internal and external communication, nurturing relationships with customers, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving the expansion of existing accounts.
- Collaborating closely with a Senior Sales Leader, this position will contribute to the growth of our client’s current book of business by effectively engaging with customers, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Account Management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Strong customer service orientation
- Experience in the transportation or logistics industry is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills
