CSA – Careers is Hiring a System Administrator Near Pensacola, FL

Client Solution Architects (CSA) is currently seeking a System Administrator in the Pensacola, Florida area.

This position is contingent upon award.

How Your Role Will Make an Impact

  • Provides system administration support for the AIM / LAS environments to include all hardware and software as noted in the Assessment and Authorization (A&A) Documentation.
  • Monitors automated scripts and reports failures to the appropriate groups.
  • Updates and patches all specific software to include Government off-the-shelf (GOTS) and Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) products.
  • Submits and tracks tickets for routine system maintenance to the appropriate IT infrastructure organizations.
  • Performs general System Administration for application servers to include maintaining appropriate access control.
  • Analyzes system performance.
  • Notifies impacted users 48 hours before any scheduled downtime.
  • Notifies impacted users of issues as soon as the issue has been identified.
  • Monitors systems for vulnerabilities through the Vulnerability Risk -Asset Manager (VRAM) System and automated scanning tools using government-approved products.
  • Participates in all annual security reviews and contingency testing
  • Implements Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) checklists as required by RMF schedules.
  • Implements configuration changes
  • Ensures that all software complies with all applicable IA Vulnerability Alerts/ Bulletins and Navy IA policy.
  • Establishes and maintains DoD 8500.2 compliant administrative/operational, technical, and physical/environmental safeguards to protect the systems and data to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, availability, authentication, and non-repudiation of Government information. The safeguards shall include provisions for personnel security, electronic security, and physical security as directed by referenced guidance.
What You Will Need to Join Our Award-Winning Team:
  • Clearance: Must possess an Interim Secret Clearance at the time of start
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • 10 years of general experience in software, systems/network architecture, project management, or cloud infrastructure.
  • IA Contractor Training and Certification and Computing Environment (CE) certification may be required at the task order level

  • Clearance: Possession of a DoD Secret Clearance
  • The position is a component of the DoD Cyber Workforce (CWF) and may be satisfied by either of the following: Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Math, Business, Engineering, Physical Science, a comparable degree and/or the follow certifications CCNA, CySA , GICSP, GSEC, Security CE, CND, SSCP, or equivalent
