This role offers an excellent opportunity to build up accounting, tax and financial management experience. You will be part of our accounting &tax compliance services team and provide accounting and advisory support to international businesses operating in China.

Job Responsibilities : 

• Preparation of monthly financial statements and management reports in a timely manner;
• Preparation of monthly payroll;
• Completing monthly and quarterly tax filling;
• Assistance with senior in communication with internal/external parties;
• Assistance in liaising with clients’ auditors for internal and external audit;
• Daily cash/bank works, including money receiving and payment and other treasury related works; 
• Payments and receipts reconciliation with bank statement, and preparing bank reconciliation on a regular basis;
• Issuing invoice and handling the invoice verification on a regular basis;
• Safe-keeping financial documents;
• Involving in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Educational Qualifications & Skills: 

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy or related discipline;
• 0-2 years of accounting experience, in MNC or consulting firms preferable;
• Good command of both spoken and written English;
• Familiar with Kingdee system and Microsoft Office;
• Team player with good communication, interpersonal and client servicing skills
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
