Senior Data Migration Accountant

Hybrid-Wilmington, DE

Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Position Summary

CSC’s Fund Administration group is seeking a Senior Data Migration Accountant with a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience with data migration and private equity accounting. Investran experience is a plus but not required. This role will be a member of the Investran data migration accounting team. They should also have experience with project management, client set up, and onboarding. 

Some of the things you will be doing:

• Organize, support, and manage end-to-end projects within tight deadlines
• Manage a positive transition for clients from the sales team to the operations team
• Analyze & manipulate data from clients
• Prepare, input, and reconcile accounting data
• Keep conversion trackers up to date during the onboarding process
• Work closely with clients and internal teams
• Analyze project successes and challenges to focus on process improvements
• Prepare and maintain documentation on conversion process
• Manage changing priorities and accomplish multiple tasks to meet deadlines

What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical-related discipline 
• Experience in portfolio/investment and partnership accounting
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, IF/THEN, XIRR, SUBTOTAL, ROUND, named ranges) 
• Ability to work independently managing multiple projects and SLA’s
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to follow set procedures with keen attention to detail
• Able to multitask and perform tasks under strict deadlines
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
