The Manager Training will lead a team of Technical Trainers responsible for the delivery of engaging, instructor-led training on the effective administration and use of CSG’s software products, applications, and solutions in both virtual and classroom-based formats. The target audiences for this training include clients and internal end users and system administrators from around the world. This role will lead the development of training delivery best practices and standards for CSG’s customer and employee product training function, evaluate CSG training effectiveness, and implement continuous improvement processes. The Manager Training will work with Customer Education Services leaders and customers to develop training plans and proposals that best fit the customer's needs.

Actual salaries will vary based on factors including but not limited to geographical location and experience.$86,433.83-$138,294.13

We are looking for a Manager Training who will: Technical Trainer People Leadership
- Lead a team of Technical Trainers in the delivery of high quality, professional technical training in virtual and in-person settings using engaging delivery methods and technology.
- Develop team member talents through coaching, feedback, and development opportunities.
- Manage team training request intake and capacity planning using Agile methods, including developing, maintaining, and publishing training schedules and availability across multiple product families and global regions.
- Deliver high quality instructor-led training for customers and employees on CSG solutions and applications in both classroom-based and virtual formats.
- Actively contributes to course development, updates, and general improvements by providing feedback to the instructional design team.
- Demonstrates in-depth understanding of customer's business in training presentations
- Lead the development of training delivery best practices and standards for technical learning programs that include virtual and in-person formats.
- Establish clear success measures and evaluate CSG training program effectiveness.
- Stay current with industry best practices, technology, and methodologies and continuously seek to raise the bar, offering innovative programs that meet the needs of modern adult learners.
- Work with team leadership to select the tools and technology needed to support the delivery of CSG technical training programs.
- 2-3 years of experience in a people leadership role.
- 5-7 years of experience as a technical trainer.
- Proficiency in English in a business environment.
- Experience with virtual training delivery methods and tools (e.g., Adobe Connect)
- Experience in IT and Telecom Billing domains a plus.
- Consistently demonstrates the ability to train assigned courses supporting multiple CSG product offerings and applications.
- Proven ability to effectively lead teams.
- In-depth knowledge of CSG products and applications is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) across all levels of the organization
- High degree of initiative with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to understand and apply industry best practices and adult learning principles.
- Ability to share ideas, promote innovation, and lead a collaborative effort across teams and departments.
- Ability to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations to increase the quality and effectiveness of learning content.
- Solid Agile project management skills, the ability to meet or exceed deadlines and timelines, balance multiple priorities, and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills; meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to see the big picture and consider broad impacts.
