Requirements for Helpers

• Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment, 60
• Working from a kneeling, crouching or bent over position frequently.
• Attention to detail.
• Must be able to follow installation instructions/prescribed method of install.
• Strong work ethic (reliable with a positive attitude)
• Own basic tools
• Own transportation
• Good customer service/manners
• Assist installers.
• Mix mud.
• Stock rooms
• Prep walls and floors for tiling
