POSITION SUMMARY: This position will have regular contact with key customers, government officials and other CSRA personnel. This position is responsible for answering phone, data entry of client information, and receipting client payments. This position requires working knowledge of office software and word-processing skills; excellent organizational, customer service, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment; ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously; and ability to work as a team member, as well as independently. **We are currently offering a $500 retention bonus after the first 6 months of employment, less the tax withholdings and deductions required by federal and state law.**
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:High School diploma or GED, plus one year of general office experience.
