• Assist in executing strategic marketing initiatives and activities across multiple channels, including digital and print vehicles. 
• Design and create branded assets for both internal and external communication and marketing needs.
• Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice and message across all outlets.
• Write blog posts, press releases, copy for marketing collateral and other content needs as assigned.
• Produce short-form video segments for deployment across social media channels and organizational website.
• Update and maintain SBDC websites regularly, seeking opportunities to continually improve SEO and UX while maintaining ADA compliance.
• Assist with developing and managing content and social media. 
• Track, analyze and report on campaigns and online activities.
• Stay abreast of current digital media trends and related technology, advising marketing strategy accordingly.
• Assist in managing internal and external communications with partners, stakeholders, clients, and service centers.
• Manage vendors and contractors related to marketing activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Thorough working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva.
• Working knowledge of WordPress and Constant Contact. 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Eventbrite, and Zoom.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including a command of grammar, vocabulary, and AP Style.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to think critically, problem-solve and work independently.
• Ability to independently handle multiple work unit priorities and projects.
• Ability to troubleshoot most office administration problems and respond to all inquiries and requests related to work area.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum one (1) year of related experience.
• Understanding and knowledge of public relations campaigns and tactics.
• Possession of excellent interpersonal communication skills. 

EDUCATION:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or related field form an accredited four-year college or university.
