OBJECTIVE:
To attain the highest possible level of customer service and sales support which results in customer confidence, goodwill, and lasting business relationships.
RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, this full-time, hourly, staff position is responsible for all sales support services. Coordinating the processing of orders with customers and sales. Authority for making decisions within the scope of said position is limited by established procedures and by directives of the Customer Service Manager and/or senior management.
SPECIFIC DUTIES:
1. Initiates orders as directed by customers and/or sales reps. This includes obtaining all necessary information, in the most timely, professional manner as it relates to order accuracy and completeness.
2. Reviews any incoming orders from sales and/or other customer service reps for accuracy and completeness.
3. Prepares accurate estimates and price quotes as required.
4. Follow-up with customers and/or sales reps regarding their orders and any other questions, concerns, or issues.
5. Prepare necessary correspondence such as reports, emails, faxes, letters, etc. as required.
6. Coordinates and communicates with Customer Service Manager all issues involving delivery dates, special deliveries and/or priority of orders.
7. Work with customers, sales, and production to assure that the customer is fully benefiting from the products and services offered by CSW, Inc. and that any additional needs they have are being met.
8. Performs other related duties as assigned by Customer Service Manager and/or senior management.
REQUIREMENTS:
1. High school diploma or equivalent with at least three years of solid customer service experience.
2. Minimum of two years’ experience in the printing industry is strongly recommended with a focus on corrugated packaging.
3. Professional, highly motivated team player mentality with a high-level of aptitude, ability to multi-task and excellent time management.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
5. The ability to use tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers and coworkers.
