Position OverviewProject Engineer II : Responsible for engineering, remediation, and construction projects ranging in budget from $50,000 to $3,000,000. Works with multi-disciplinary teams to solve problems related to design and constructability for various project types. Projects predominantly involve heavy civil construction, including utility piping with vertical construction. Project diversity ranges from normal heavy civil construction to environmental remediation and deactivation/demolition projects.
The role can be hybrid and work out of one of the following offices: Akron, OH, Farmington Hills, MI and Oak Ridge, TN
Primary responsibilities include:Depending on qualifications and performance, successful candidates may also have staff management responsibility for junior-level professional employees, including performance evaluations, training, and other supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications include:Must be registered as a Professional Engineer by a state licensing board following NCEES Model Law and capable of registering with additional state licensing boards upon hire.
