Responsibilities:

Duties and Essential Job Functions:

Monitor and dispense parts and supplies.
Receive all parts in the inventory control system E maint, and stock in appropriate parts bins.
Reconcile invoices and packing slips with appropriate documentation and upload to AP system to insure timely payment of invoices.
Monitor minimum and maximum quantities.
Keep accurate logs of parts and supplies dispensed to employees according to line and/or department.
Support cycle count program and identify and resolve findings.
Perform low levels of cleaning and maintenance on parts and equipment.
Operate computer and label printer.
Maintain all required records and documents.
Provide pro-active relationships to ensure continued compliance with USDA, FDA, EPA, OSHA, and GMP regulations.
Promote, adhere, and be responsible for actions to support Food Safety and Quality.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Occasionally required to pick up parts and supplies from local vendor locations using company vehicle.
Local travel may be required to perform duties.
Duties subject to deadlines.
Any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Ability to apply understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. 3 to 5 years experience within a Manufacturing environment Maintenance Experience is preferred High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma with comparable experience. Math skills necessary for documentation requirements. Forklift experience preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Suite to support necessary administrative duties to maintain and organize records, reports, or other information. Skilled in presenting information or ideas concisely, accurately, and clearly verbally and in writing.

Physical Requirements: Prolonged standing, sitting, walking, reading, writing, talking, use of computer. Hearing ability for verbal communication via telephone systems, and person to person. Clear, concise speaking ability to provide information and instruction. Visual acuity to read information from computer screens, forms and other printed materials and information. Manual and tactile dexterity for palpation, use of computer keyboard/typing, writing, handling/ sorting objects and forms. Flexibility and body movement for bending, crouching, walking, kneeling, standing, reaching, lifting, and moving objects and equipment (approximately 50lbs. or), sitting. Able to meet physical demands of the job with assistive or adaptive devices or reasonable accommodations.Work Environment: Work is primarily indoors; however, inventory is located outside may require time spend in hot, cold, or wet environments. Role may have overtime and occasional weekend hours. Exposure to environment temperature changes, hazardous/noxious fumes. The environment is noisy, involves frequent interruptions or distractions. Wearing of uniform or a specific style/type of clothing and jewelry/accessories limitations or restriction may be required.
