CTIS, Inc. is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near Great Falls, VA
CTIS is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Administrative Assistant to support the CEO's office. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage administrative duties and ensure smooth operation within the executive suite. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
Manage and maintain the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings,
and travel arrangements.
Handle incoming calls and emails, responding appropriately and routing correspondence
to the appropriate executive or department.
Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
Conduct research, collect data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by
executives.
Manage and maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory
level, anticipating needed supplies, and placing orders for new supplies.
Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office.
Provide general administrative support which may include but is not limited to
photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops,
reviewing professional publications, and participating in professional societies.
At least 3 years of proven experience as an administrative assistant or secretary.
Proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular) AND TEAMS
Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Associate or bachelor’s Degree additional qualification as an administrative assistant or
