Our PE backed client is looking for a Controller to oversee one of their largest divisions. This firm has been growing rapidly, and the Controller will be well-positioned to be a part of that growth.

The Controller will be responsible for:

• Lead all accounting and finance functions for this division
• Advise and professionally develop an Accounting team
• Work closely with leadership on division-wide goals
• Spot inefficiencies and boost profitability
• Partner with the Corporate team and roll up financials

The ideal Controller candidate will possess:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or 5 - 7 years of related experience
• Success leading and developing a team of professionals
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• GAAP knowledge Required
• CPA preferred
• Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
