Job Title: IT Project Manager
Location: Remote (East Coast hours)
Compensation Expectation: $70-75/ hour

The Role of Project Manager
The Project Manager will be supporting projects within Enterprise Technology (i.e., HR, Finance Systems, CRM, Event management platform, etc.) in the planning, execution, and completion of technology projects. This Project Manager will work closely on projects related to MarTech and Data Analytics initiatives.
- Lead execution of program and project work plans and timelines, milestones, risks/assumptions, and scenarios, as appropriate.
- Support the project team from the initiation phase through closeout of the project.
- Structure and develop project plans and resource assignments
- Estimate work effort or oversee gathering estimates regarding upcoming work effort for projects
- Manage documentation for and present updates on Project Kick-off, Project Milestone Updates, and Project Closure to Project/Program teams and stakeholders.
- Monitor workstream and program metrics to measure program success.
- Communicate effectively in both verbal (i.e., day-to-day discussions, team meetings) and written (requirements and design specifications) form
- Accurately assess and mitigate the risks associated with each project.
- Recognize, track, and manage project scope changes.
- Effective identify and escalate issues as necessary for timely resolution
- Effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Embrace PM methodologies.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- 5 years’ experience managing technology projects.
- Experience working within MarTech projects.
- Knowledge of Data Analytics.
- Proficient in Office 365/Excel/PowerPoint (a must)
- Experienced with working with Microsoft Teams and SharePoint sites
- Exposure to software development lifecycle as well as Agile technology development methodologies.
- Detail oriented with strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task and prioritizes work.
- Experience with requirements gathering and documentation a plus
- Bachelor’s degree required
- PMP certifications or equivalent a plus
