CTS International seeks two experienced Senior Test Program Set (TPS) Developers for our C-17 team in Long Beach, CA. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining Intermediate level Test Programs. The selected candidates will collaborate with teams in Long Beach and Oklahoma City to support C-17 aircraft Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) testing. Key responsibilities include test, wiring, software design, integration, and regression testing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with internal and external customers to define and document system requirements.

- Analyze and translate requirements into system architecture, hardware, and software designs.

- Perform validation and ensure system designs meet functional requirements.

- Support fielded test hardware and software over the entire product lifecycle.

- Recommend technology advancements for improved TPS development.

Requirements:

- US Citizenship and ability to obtain Secret Clearance.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry.

- 10 years of experience in Test Program Set development.

- Experience in hardware and software design, integration, and high-level programming languages.

- Knowledge of Teradyne Test Station and cross-functional team collaboration.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Physics.

- Proven expertise in TPS hardware and software design.

- Familiarity with engineering processes and methods.
