CTSI | Computer Transition Services is Hiring a Technology Strategy Analyst Near Lubbock, TX
- Schedule business reviews with clients, CTSI Technology Consultants and Technical Account Managers
- Data gathering, data analysis and report generation for business reviews.
- Conduct business reviews to provide guidance and forward-looking roadmaps to clients.
- Attend monthly business reviews for key clients, record minutes and follow up with attendees with a summary.
- Be a strategic, forward-thinking, and proactive resource for clients to ensure they are able to achieve their business goals
- To suggest, design, and lead efforts to produce value driven reporting for client business reviews
- Assist Technology Consulting Group with client IT lifecycle management plan
- High School Diploma - required
- College Experience - preferred
- Pursuance of a Technical Communications or comparable degree preferred
- Reading, writing, and speaking English
- Intermediate computer skills
- Oral and written communication ability
- Basic telephone skills
- General working knowledge of computer industry
