Requirements
Job Responsibilities:

• Assess, monitor, and document patient status and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to changes promptly.
• Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and patients' families to develop and implement a comprehensive care plan.
• Educate patients and their families about cardiac conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques.
• Provide emotional support and counseling to patients and their families.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Cardiac Progressive Care (CPCU).
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
